1.  "ZE-ZE-ZE" is the sound of wheezing, when a Japanese person wheezes.  Americans simply "Wheeze, wheeze, wheeze."
As you can see, it’s easier to have asthma in Japanese.
 
2.  Hives usually result in itching, so lumpy swellings are symbolic of urticaria.  Looks like Manju, des’ ne?
