In preparation for Thanksgiving, I decided to make a restaurant reservation so that I could be sure to have a traditional Thanksgiving meal. I searched around and found a restaurant that would have a Thanksgiving buffet and that took reservations online. I assumed that confirming a reservation using the Internet would be very convenient. However, when I tried to check out, the program crashed and displayed an error message. I was afraid to try again because I didn’t want to risk getting charged for the same thing twice. Eventually, I bravely attempted to complete the reservation again online and that time the transaction was successful.
